Manya has over 16 years of experience in leading digital business transformations across Consumer Products & Financial Services industries. Manya joined Fidelity International in January 2020 as Head of Digital Experience.
In her current role, Manya is driving the transformation agenda to build a Customer-Led Experience Studio leveraging latest technologies and agile delivery methodologies. She is also responsible for evolving the user experience and design capabilities focused on global standards, service design and business intelligence.
Before joining Fidelity, Manya was working for Publicis Sapient as the India Delivery Lead for the one of the biggest FMCG client Unilever. She was responsible for delivering end-to-end digital marketing solution globally leveraging rich marketing technologies and engineering best practices with innovation at the core of it. Before that, Manya has played multiple roles in different business domains like Commodities, Financial Markets & Consumer Products Industries. Manya holds a degree in Bachelor of Computer Engineering and an MBA in Information Technology. She also holds a certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
