Rohit Jetly

Rohit has over two and half decades of diverse experience in the Financial Services Technology and Operations landscape, transforming and running business operations leveraging Technology as the backbone.

Rohit joined Fidelity in 2011 and has held a range of responsibilities in the Technology and Operations function working across various businesses channels where he was responsible for building and running some of the large programmes. He also helped in creating niche capabilities in India.

Currently Rohit heads Shared Services across our business channels globally and is responsible for the change and run of business capabilities within that.

He is also the India Country Head, and in this role, he is responsible for smooth running of the sites in India and ensuring the talent proposition remains compelling.
