Sunil Dhawan, MRICS

Sunil has been associated with Real Estate and Facility Management and has rich experience of 20 years working with the ITES industry in diverse multilingual, cross-cultural and global environment.

He joined Fidelity in 2011 and has since been responsible for managing the Corporate Property Services (CPS) function in India. He provides strategic direction for real estate matters in line with business plans and strategies of the various Fidelity International entities in India. He has led various efficiency, innovation and process automation programs in CPS function. He always has a problem-solving approach and focuses on enhanced employee experience at the workplace. Sunil ensures the operation of FIL India facilities run smoothly with zero downtime and oversees the Employee Health & Safety and that the disaster recovery procedures are in place.

Sunil has an extensive experience in acquiring office spaces, relocation projects, fit out with new design philosophy, commercial acumen and developing a framework for facilities services, running cost optimisation programs etc. 
He has been leading the new ways of working to provide an agile working environment to people, which has made a positive impact on employee experience, enhanced productivity and improved space utilisation.

Before joining Fidelity, Sunil has worked with GECIS, Convergys, WNS, and Microsoft. Sunil completed his Graduation from Delhi University and MBA from Symbiosis Pune. He also holds the professional certification of Six Sigma Green Belt and Environment Management System (ISO 14001), Real Estate & Facilities Chartered Surveyor.
