Upasna Nischal

Upasna has nearly 20 years of rich experience in HR. She has been a trusted advisor to leadership to design and implement business-focused people solutions. In her career, she has worked extensively with global stakeholders across the Americas, Europe, and APAC, supporting diverse cross-cultural and multi-generational talent.

She joined Fidelity in 2019. In her current role, she is responsible for driving strategic talent priorities to support the organization’s vision and goals. As a part of the India Management Team, she also contributes to India site-level strategy and decision making.

During her career, she has played a variety of leadership roles and successfully contributed towards - nurturing high-performance culture, integrating talent management solutions, building talent pipeline through high potential and succession planning programs, business partnering, managing large-scale global change initiatives, formulating organizational development and performance consulting practices, deploying capability development strategies and programs, strengthening employee engagement and experience, implementing new-age HR tools and technology, formulating career and competency frameworks, creating strategies for attracting the right talent and driving HR operational excellence.

Upasna holds several certifications including the prestigious ACC (Associate Certified Coach) from the International Coach Federation. 

Before Fidelity International, she operated at various Senior HR leadership positions with leading global organizations like Sapient and Evalueserve.
